Windows 11 Access denied on Attrib command when I am an admin with full control in an elevated command prompt, but GUI works just fine

Why am I getting Access denied when running ATTRIB +U on a group of files in my OneDrive folder?I am an AdminI have Full Control on these filesI am running this from an elevated command promptI can right-click on the files in question from File Explorer and choose "Free up space" and it works just fine.What am I missing?
