Windows 10 Accessing USB Drive in CMD without knowing Drive Letter

I have a launcher batch-file on an USB-Stick, which launches a programm in the same folder. But when I run the launcher as administrator, the path gets changed, so it doesnt find the programm to start. I dont always know the drive letrer, what can I do?
