Windows 10 Accidentally deleted disk D to extend disk C, Apps showing The specified path does not exist.

So i tried to extend my C drive with minitool. I moved all files except 2 "program files" and windowsapp file. I moved my files to a new disk partition, E drive. After the C drive extended using the free storage space on D drive, i tried to make the E drive as main drive for files and delete D drive without minding about the progam files left in the drive. After i deleted D drive and restarted my pc, I can't open any installed apps and system keep showing "The specified path does not exist" even though the path of the file is on C drive
