Windows 11 Accidentally hit deny when trying to connect to my samsung tv. Cannot get option to connect.

I accidentally hit deny when trying to connect to my samsung tv to my new Windows 11 laptop. Cannot get option to connect. It just spins and says "cannot connect". How to fix this? I have rebooted both the tv and the laptop.
