Windows 11 Accidently moved location of Downloads folder directly to disk D:

Was trying to clear up space on my disk C:, so I looked up how to moved my downloads folder and it said to use properties -> location and I did that without creating a downloads folder in disk D: so now I've got like 20 items and some folders originally in D:. I've tried moving it into a subfolder but it doesn't work, and moving it back into disk C: but there are some program folders causing it to not move. Undo doesn't work either
