Windows 11 Account disappered, and everthying got linked to random email I never made.

My Microsoft account was stolen, and the email changed to one I don't recognize. Now, when I try to log in with the old acc, it says "We couldn't find an account with that username" and I don't know anything about that random email (name of person,pass,etc.), and all Microsoft products on my Windows are linked to this random account automatically. Please help me, my onedrive was full of imp. files and I also had paid apps on that account. Two fac auth was also enabled.
