Someone got access to my account and changed the email address to which verification codes are sent, he was also able to remove the 2fa I set up and also unlinked the authenticator, I was able to appeal and get teh account back by providing some confidential infoirmation about the account, like previously used passwords, and DOB, but I was not able to change the recovery email and now I have to wait a full month without being able to use my account. Is there a way to get back full access of my account? And is there an explenation why the hacker was bale to get pas t 2fa and the authenticator?
