Windows 11 Account locked, microsoft cannot send a text message of the security code to any phone number and there is no alternative

Your account has been locked - We cannot send a text message to this number.My account has been blocked for some reason.When trying the:Enter your phone number and we'll send you a security codeWe'll send a verification code in a text message. This helps us eliminate spam – we won't give out your number. The code will expire in about 10 minutes.I keep getting: We cannot send a text message to this number.Tried different mobile numbers, tried from different browsers and PCsHave tried forgetten password, but still keep getting my account blocked.How do I get the code?
