All of a sudden I can't log-in to my PC (Surface / Windows 11). I'm getting a "You can't sign in with this account. Try a different account." notice. No idea what changed. (Yes, i'm using right PIN/Password/Facial Rec.). Not sure how to fix, but really need to find a way to get the 4 years worth of data off device. Know first step may be trying to log in with Safe Mode. Unfortunately I don't have the Recovery Key.
