Windows 10 Account taken over by unknown email address

When I receive activity report (Family Safety) for my sons account it is not his own email address that is shown but e.g. *** Email address is removed for privacy *** or *** Email address is removed for privacy *** which for me are unknown. I assume that his account somehow is "hacked" but what to do?
