How this happened was I tried to give my pc (user) full control, and I hit the checkmark, for full control, and instead of hitting apply and ok, I accidentally hit the add button, and the unknown user popped up, I tried to delete it, and I stupidly and reluctantly, clicked through about 15 error messages.
