i was having some issues with my hardware so i will be shipping my laptop back to its manufacturer to get it repaired. before i ship it, i want to wipe it clean so none of my information is on there. i backed up my information onto an external hard drive and after that was done I began a factory reset without saving my files. its been a few hours now, and it just has the acer screen and it'll load, flash to a blue screen that says my laptop may restart a few times, and i think the percentage is staying at 64%, but it shouldn't be infinitely staying at 64% for hours. Ive tried a hard shut down
