Windows 10 "Activate Windows" Shows up after years of owning PC, troubleshooter doesn't work

Hiya!After years of using this PC with no issues (and with a legitimate copy of windows) I am having the "Activate Windows" watermark showing up. I haven't changed any major hardware components, just added an SSD a few weeks ago. The problem started today.In the activation section of settings, I have the error code 0xC004F012When running the activation troubleshooter, I get the error code 0xc0000022 - before running a cumulative update I got the code 0x80010105I've tried these steps: Redirecting
