Windows 11 Addresses from Spam email showing up in Mail

A while ago I received a number of Spam emails from what appeared to be a genuine contact.Today when composing an email I noticed that a number of the addresses that the spam emails came from are now somewhere within Mail. How can I delete them?I tried to upload a screenshot showing the addresses that were suggested by Mail but I couldn't get it to upload.If I click the contacts at bottom right in Mail these spam addresses don't show up, somehow they appear to only show as suggestions.
