I live in Egypt, where recently daylight saving time occured and the time on my computer was changed automatically which was great. I recently reset my computer and now "Adjust for daylight saving time automaticlly" button is greyed out. I even went to the old menu in the control panel and the button was not there. When I choose any other country which is also (UTC +2), the button appears again and when I toggle it, one hour is added to the current time which is what is supposed to happen. How do I "ungray" this toggle so the time can adjust? It's getting really anonnying looking at the time a
