Windows 11 Admin Deleted can't make changes

Hello! I purchased a computer for my kid and while setting it up in Microsoft "family" made the only user standard and not an admin. Now I am stuck.2 calls to tech support with no resolution.I have tried re-installing Microsoft 11 with a USB boot, but the "run" or "yes" prompt is unavailable. Only the "no" for not trusting the install.I tried accessing the built in admin through the CMD prompt but it won't let me run as an admin...again only the "no" appears. Is there any way to proceed and gain admin access? Thanks

Windows 11 tried changing to standard in control panel there it said 'this is only admin account hence you can't make it standard'.
