Windows 10 Admin permissions to the D drive has been gone. Now it only available for read - write and execute permission for all the users.

Hi All,I have 2 drives on my laptop. 1 is SSD as C drive and 2nd one is HDD as D drive. By mistaken I had made changes in the User permission for all the users for D drive. Now all users can only have read write and execute access. I am not able to create new folder or any thing I cant store in it, Even I am not able to change user permission for the any of the user as all user have 3 controls only.How I can change all users to full control so I can make changes to drive and files?
