Windows 11 Administrator Issues

Most of them stem from my Administrator classification. Three family members use our PC and all of us are Administrators. I tend to use a number of third-party programs. In many cases, I have to affirm over and over that I am executing the program as an Adminitrator. Even when I do, I have to do it the next time as well. Also, I am not allowed to save a file in the Route directory or other folders outside my User folders. Why?? As an Administrator, I should have total control of my PC.
