Windows 10 Adobe Creative Cloud requires SSE 4.2 or later. I don't know what this means.

What is SSE 4.2 and how do I know if my computer or system has it or supports it? I have Windows 10 Pro, Version 22H2, OS Build 19045.3570, Installed 08/10/2020. My processor is an AMD A8-3850 APU with Radeon(tm) HD Graphics 2.90 GHz, overclocked to 3.60 GHz. I have 8G RAM, a 2TB SSD boot drive and a 2TB HDD. RAM pages to the SSD for speed. This particular requirement is for Adobe Photoshop but, I also use Acrobat, InDesign, Premiere Pro, Dreamweaver, Audition and Media Encoder.
