On 21th May 2020, Adobe inc released acrobat DC reader Patch v20.009.20065 this version is offline installer its size 377MB.
I am sharing the direct downloading link from the official Adobe website.
No standard alone application link
Only patch downloading link is available
ftp://ftp.adobe.com/pub/adobe/acrobat/win/AcrobatDC/2000920065/AcrobatDCUpd2000920065.msp
You must have installed earlier version 20.009.20063 on windows machines, then you can apply this patch v20.009.20065 top of that earlier version.
Also, you can install this new patch by opening adobe dc reader \help\check for updates
No need to uninstall the old version, But if you face any installation problems means, then you should uninstall old version & install the new version
