On 11th August 2020, Adobe inc released acrobat DC reader v20.012.20041 this version is offline installer its size 169.213MB.
I am sharing the direct downloading link from the official Adobe website.

patch downloading link is available
ftp://ftp.adobe.com/pub/adobe/acrobat/win/AcrobatDC/2001220041/AcrobatDCUpd2001220041.msp
if you ant to install patch then You must have installed earlier version 20.009.20074 on windows machines, then you can apply this patch v20.012.20041 top of that earlier version.
Also, you can install this new patch by opening adobe dc reader \help\check for updates
No need to uninstall the old version, But if you face any installation problems means, then you should uninstall old version & install the new version
