I purchased a Windows 10 Pro license through currys.co.uk but the download and license key never came through in my currys.co.uk order page and status remains "The activation is under process. This section will be auto-refreshed when key is available." for over a week.Currys are telling me I need to contact Microsoft as they do not have access to Windows 10 Pro licensing information despite purchasing from them and not being able to give me the license key or software at all.Is this something that Microsoft can help with?
