Windows 11 After 22H2 update MS Teams Audio output not working unless single device is both mic and speaker

Hello,I've spent too much time with this. I use a Nylavee SK100 soundbar and a web cam (Live Stream Cam313). Since updating to 22H2, MS Teams no longer outputs audio to the Nyavee SK100 UNLESS IT'S BOTH THE MIC and THE SPEAKER. When I set the mic to be the webcam, the speaker output (only in MS teams) stops working.
