Hiya,

I hope someone can point me in the right direction.

I recently installed Office 365 on my laptop (upgrading from office 2013).

An application I use a lot, Dymo label print v8, won't import .xlsx data files since the upgrade. The closest I have gotten to finding a reason for this, is that in the file explorer pop up, .xlxs files are no longer listed behind MS excel file types. Does anyone know where to correct these file groupings?

I added a before and after office 365 picture below. I've checked with others who have gone through this update, and they all have this issue.

Thanks a lot in advance!

Troubleshooting:

restart

Reinstalling dymo label printer

Installing new version of Dymo label print ( Dymo connect)

Checking file type associations in regedit

Before office 365 installation:

import window with Office 365 installed.
