Windows 10 After a clean installation of Windows and drivers, the sound is wore.

I reinstalled Windows, I downloaded Realtek drivers from Lenovo's website (I also did it on the old windows), but the sound is not the same as it was before, the Dolby program and Realtek audio manager appeared, I do not remember them (Perhaps I deleted them from the previous Windows.) The sound is quieter and less voluminous.I made a video where the sound as it sounded before and after (this is an approximate result.)
