I wrote to acer support, the following message, there response was to contact MicrosoftHi acer supportI have not used my old acer laptop for some time.It was not running well so I did a system recovery. When asked for the password it states the password is incorrect, I know for sure the password is correct.Whilst trying to find a solution I discovered the keyboard language had been changed as a result of the recovery, I checked on another PC if the letters and numbers would be different, they are not.Is there a solution for this problem?
