Windows 10 After an update I had been kicked out of Windows 10 and it was replaced with Windows 7. How can I get Windows 10 back?

This computer came with Windows 10. I can see some of my programs, but can't see others and my extensions have disappeared. I hesitate trying anything that might make the situation worse. Why would an update do this? How can I get Windows 10 back?
