Hi there! Recently, my computer has been going through the BSOD and I read the article about downloading the installation media and how to reset the PC, but after I downloaded it and when I clicked on “Repair my computer” it sent me back to the troubleshooting page. After that, I tried using the command prompt to fix it by watching tutorials on Youtube, but somehow when I tried to enter commands like “diskpart” or “chkdsk” etc., It said that there was an error and couldn't do it.
