Windows 11 After Effects on Windows 11 won't open. Suspect Window's latest update might have an effect.

After Effects keeps crashing at the media core login screen especially when I have Red Giant products installed. So far trapcode suite and VFX suite since last Thursday (November 16th). I suspect a windows update I did might have some correlation. I rolled back any possible updates I could but also can't go beyond a certain point since I hard rebooted and reinstalled windows on 11/18.
