Windows 11 After I updated my computer, my plug in mic for recording has terrible quality. What do I do?

Hello community,I am not sure where to post this question, so I thought I would try here. I have a digital microphone that connects through a USB. Yesterday, I was using it to record some voiceovers for my job. It was crisp, clear, and recorded great audio. I used Audacity to record. I updated my computer yesterday. Windows 11 2022-12 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64 based systems. When I started trying to use my microphone again today, the sound quality is terrible. I have tried:- Uninstalling and reinstalling Audacity- Unplugging the mic and replugging it multiple times-
