Windows 11 After installing Windows 11 update KB4023057 my windows interrupt keyboard input and network connections every 30 seconds

This behaviour I had in Windows 10, therefore I upgraded to Windows 11. After few days when update KB4023057 was installed this problem is back.Is the reason in my hardware or in this windows update?Has anybody similar experience?
