Windows 10 After Installing Xerox Printer drivers, shortcut for printing is not working.

Recently out IT team installed New Printer named Xerox Versa Link B7025 model.All our computers are installed with new printer drivers & following software.After this was installed My Print Shortcuts are not working.if computer is restarted short cut works for some time, then again, it doesn't work.Please give some suggestions to solve this.
