Windows 10 After KB5031041 install I'm unable to start MySQL anymore

Hi All,After installing update KB5031041 I can't start MySQL. This is a .NET update. First I installed update KB5030300 and MySQL started fine after the reboot. Then I installed the .NET update and MySQL has not started since. (I've shutdown/rebooted over 30 times)Is it safe to uninstall the .NET update only? Or should I uninstall both updates?Once the computer is booted anything I try with MySQL from the command line results in a timeout error.Thank you for any and all help,Charles
