Windows 10 After reboot my Win10 laptop shows an unaccessible Network share: Critical_10.0.19041.1371 etc.

I reloaded my VPN software yesterday. My system specs are:When I rebooted and opened File Explorer to open a document from my home shared network drive, I clicked Network, and then clicked my laptop's name, MICHAEL-HP17, and it shows two network folder shares:1. Network > MICHAEL-HP17 > Users (should be the only share)2. Critical_10.0.19041.1371__e5cb5417e0db8386a01ad51dc853893d7e3aff76_00000000_I have no idea what the "Critical" share is, where it came from or why it suddenly appeared on a Win10 laptop I've had for 5 years.
