Windows 11 After reinstall of windows 11, device is missing almost a year of updates

I was experiencing significant issues with my PC, so i did a hard reset using a USB drive with installation media. I noticed, however, that after the reinstall, the OS was running a very old version of Windows 11, and it is showing no updates in Settings. How do I fix this? I appreciate any help.
