Windows 10 after reinstalling the system on Windows 10, no sound

Hello, after reinstalling the system on Windows 10, no sound is played on the old laptop, you can hear a quiet clicking sound from the speaker, I tried installing drivers from the manufacturer’s website but it doesn’t help. There is sound from the headphones. Laptop Acer e5-571g-568m
