Windows 11 After Reset of PC Windows security is showing blank screen

Messed around with some windows processes trying to free up RAM, and after a restart my windows pin wasn't recognized. I tried numerous fixes online, but it didn't work so I reset my PC and was finally able to login.On the new windows, I am unable to access windows security as it remains blank or am being shown the following message: Page not available Your IT administrator has limited access to some areas of this app, and the item you tried to access is not available.
