Windows 11 After resetting my PC, its back on Windows 10 Home instead of the Windows 11 I installed years ago, but I cannot install any program on it

My PC kept freezing in recent times so I decided to back up my data, completely reset everything (Formatting) and then reinstall my app. Well, its a nightmare now. I bought the PC 6 years ago with the following specs:Device name DESKTOP-BSJ8P0I Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-7400 CPU @ 3.00GHz 3.00 GHz Installed RAM 16.0 GB Device ID 7523A20E-DF85-44FB-8CB3-EA9935801D82 Product ID 00325-80692-46739-AAOEM System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor Pen and touch Pen support The problem I am having now is that, I am unable to reinstall Windows 11.
