Windows 10 After the global IT outage my computer has a blue screen. Мy institution lost the Bitlock recovery key, how can I keep my important files?

My institution lost or misplaced the Bitlocker recovery key and after the outage on Friday they said that they are not able to fix the blue screen on my computer. I have very important files and it will be a disaster if I erase them to reset the system. Is there are ways, to reset the system and keep the files, which are not backed up, in this particular situation or I am done? Please, help me. Any solution?Thank you.
