Windows 10 After the May update, my mic from any external device(wired earphones , Bluetooth eardopes ) is not working.

After the May update, my mic from any external device(wired earphones , Bluetooth eardopes ) is not working, and only the laptop's default mic is working. I have done everything that can be done. I installed the Realtek audio driver too from the website but it doesn't work.
