Windows 10 After Troubleshooting, It says that my device does not have Bluetooth.

Hello, My name is Vinay Kondabathula. For 2 months, I have been facing issues with my BlueTooth. I am not able to see the on/off button in my BlueTooth section. So, I updated my drivers from the Windows Updates section and restarted my device. But still got the same problem. So, I tried to check my Device Manager. There I didn't find my BlueTooth device section after expansion. Now I have done troubleshooting of my Bluetooth, It says my device doesn't have a BlueTooth device. So I decided to reset my pc and upgraded from windows 10 to windows 10 pro. But still shows the same problem. Please he
