Windows 10 After update to Win 10 Version 2004 the Outlook splash screen shows Office 365 but it should be Office 2019 that I purchased

After I was forced to update to the latest version for windows 10, I noticed my Outlook splash screen was showing Office 365. I don't have a subscription to 365. I purchased Office 2019 which was installed at the HP factory in December when I purchased my laptop. I don't know how to get rid of 365. Excel and Word say my Office Home and Business software that's activated is Office 2019 Home and Business but Outlook shows 365. Also, my Calendar and Contacts were not found because my iCloud was no where to be found. I had to go to the iCloud.com site and install it again on my laptop so I fixed that problem and now have my calendar and contacts, thank goodness! Need help in fixing the mess the update to Version 2004 created!
