Windows 10 After Updating Drivers for Windows 10, my Built In speakers are not detected.

Hi, I recently updated my drivers for my HP ProBook using a driver updater app, I am using Windows 10 Pro 22H2 and after I finished updating the drivers, after rebooting many times, there is an red cross next to the volume icon and if I click on it it will start the audio troubleshooter. The troubleshooter does not work and it says it cannot detect the issue. I have installed the Realtek audio driver from the HP website however it does nothing, and if I try to add legacy device through Device Manager, it bluescreens me.
