Hello, I have been dealing with the memory management blue screen and was following instructions to make sure all of my drivers were updating. From the HP website I updated all of the drivers available. After this I cannot open my menu, cannot search, or go into setting. The window pops up and goes away. WIN X does not work either. I have tried many other ways to try to get setting to come up so I can uninstall these updates. I am guessing that there is some compatibility issues with the installs or even duplicates.
