Windows 11 After updating to Windows 11, it seems my shift+d key is not working. How can I fix this?

I can do caps lock and d, and that works, I have tried repairing drivers, however, nothing is working. It is not a hardware issue as even with the on-screen keyboard, I can't type shift+d anywhere.
