Windows 11 After updating to Windows 11 my machine restarted and couldn't log in to Windows.

After updating to Windows 11 my laptop restarted and couldn't log in to Windows. there is no dialoge box to login password or face recognition. I have also tried many ways including restarting the machine while holding down the shift key, the machine starts up and gives an error: stop code: verify dma violaton. I want to restore my device but can't back up my data.
