Windows 11 After upgrade to Windows 11 - No icons in my taskbar and can't access Settings

Hello,After upgrading to Windows 11, my taskbar shows completely blank except for a few tray icons, and I'm unable to open the Settings panel.Right clicking on the task bar does nothing.Trying to press the Windows key also usually does nothing:- Windows key = nothing- Windows key + I = nothing- Windows key + R = run window appears- Windows key + Shift + S = nothingUsing CTRL+ALT+DEL I can bring up the Task Manager (which is how I've opened this web browser)Using task manager I can restart and kill the explorer.exe process, but doing either results in the same blank task bar and no settings.I'v
