Windows 11 After upgrading to Windows 11, Most of my games have a microstutter?

Hello everyoneI upgraded to Windows 11 some time ago, and i believe they haven't fixed the performance issues yet?Stuff like: Rocket league, Apex legends and Counter-Strike Global Offensive, has microstutters.If i use Adaptive½ V-SYNC in Apex, it somewhat fixes it? But i hate having V-sync on. I even tried limiting the FPS, Updating drivers, Rolling back NVIDIA drivers, Updating my Chipset for my motherboard.I just wanna know if anyone else is feeling the microstutter?It kinda feels like if you have a perfect running 60FPS and suddenly it drops to 55-50 FPS..
