Windows 10 After virtual desktop switch, taskbar buttons are rearranged!

Same issue reported December, 2019: Redirecting the issue still occurs 2023... Setting the group policy mentioned in above thread didn't solve the issue. Using Virtual Desktop for a short time only, the first one/two weeks it was perfect, no rearrangement of the taskbar buttons happend, but now it does... and it's annoying and makes the cool feature "Virtual Desktop" less user-friendly... How to prevent the arrangement of the taskbar buttons when switching between
