Windows 10 After Windows 10 update random folders and files keep disappearing on ssd

After Windows 10 update random folders and files keep disappearing on samsung 870 qvo 2tb sata ssd. This happens when computer is idle for example over night. Other disk drives seem not to be affected. Ssd diagnostics says drive is okay.Reboot restores the folders and files.What could be the reason?I have had no issues before the update.
